Terms of Service

Last Updated: July 19, 2026

This website is operated by Seta Services, trading as Nuve House. Throughout the Site, the terms “Nuve House,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Seta Services.

Nuve House provides this website, including all information, features, tools, products, and services available through it, to you subject to your acceptance of these Terms of Service and all policies and notices referenced within them.

By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, purchasing a product, or otherwise using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, referred to throughout this document as the “Terms.”

These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including customers, visitors, browsers, suppliers, merchants, and individuals who submit content or communicate with us.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site or purchase products through it.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer and sell our products.

Section 1 — About Nuve House

Nuve House is the trading name used by Seta Services for this online store.

Our business details are:

Store Name: Nuve House
Legal Company Name: Seta Services
Business Registration Number: 92397379
VAT Number: NL004950717B85
Email: info@nuvehouse.com

References to Nuve House in these Terms include Seta Services and, where applicable, our employees, contractors, service providers, fulfilment partners, and authorised representatives.

Section 2 — Eligibility and Online Store Use

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that:

  • You have reached the age of majority in your country, state, or territory of residence.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • The information you provide to us is accurate and complete.
  • You will use the Site and our products only for lawful purposes.

If you allow a minor to use the Site through a device, account, or payment method controlled by you, you are responsible for supervising that use.

You must not:

  • Use the Site or our products for an unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe our intellectual-property rights or those of another party.
  • Introduce malicious software, viruses, worms, or destructive code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, another customer’s account, or our systems.
  • Interfere with the security, functionality, or operation of the Site.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Services where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or where necessary to protect our customers, systems, or legal rights.

Section 3 — General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse, restrict, or cancel an order for lawful and reasonable reasons, including:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorised payment activity.
  • Incorrect pricing or product information.
  • Product unavailability.
  • Suspected resale or commercial purchasing activity.
  • Delivery restrictions.
  • Breach of these Terms.
  • Abusive, threatening, or fraudulent conduct.
  • An inability to verify information associated with an order.

Where we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled product or order to the original payment method, unless another remedy is required by law.

Your non-payment information may be transferred across different networks and adapted to meet technical requirements. Payment-card information is encrypted during transmission through supported payment systems.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Services without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Section 4 — Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, measurements, materials, specifications, photographs, colours, and other information displayed on the Site are accurate.

However:

  • Colours may appear differently depending on your device and display settings.
  • Handmade, natural, or individually manufactured products may have minor variations.
  • Measurements may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
  • Product packaging may change without materially changing the product.
  • Product photographs may contain styling items that are not included in the purchase.

Please read the full product description before placing an order.

We may correct product information when an error or omission is identified. If a material correction affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you and provide an appropriate option, such as confirming the corrected order or receiving a refund.

Nothing in this section limits any consumer right or guarantee that cannot legally be excluded.

Section 5 — Product Availability

Certain products may be available exclusively through our online store and may be offered in limited quantities.

Adding a product to your shopping cart does not reserve it. An order is subject to:

  • Product availability.
  • Successful payment authorisation.
  • Fraud and security checks.
  • Verification of order information.
  • Acceptance of the order by Nuve House.

We may limit product quantities per customer, household, payment method, delivery address, or order where reasonably necessary.

Products may be discontinued or temporarily unavailable without prior notice. We are not required to continue offering a product indefinitely.

If a purchased product becomes unavailable, we will contact you and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, store credit where accepted by you, or a refund to the original payment method.

Section 6 — Prices, Currency and Taxes

Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Site or during checkout.

Prices may change without prior notice. A price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted, except where:

  • There is an obvious pricing or technical error.
  • A discount was used improperly.
  • The order was placed in breach of promotional conditions.
  • The price must be corrected to comply with applicable law.

Where a material pricing error affects your order, we may contact you before fulfilment. You may choose to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the affected item for a refund.

Applicable taxes may be included in the displayed price or calculated during checkout, depending on the customer’s location and the legal requirements applying to the transaction.

You are responsible for reviewing the total price, currency, taxes, discounts, and delivery charges displayed during checkout before completing your purchase.

Section 7 — Orders and Contract Formation

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An automated order-confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted or dispatched.

An order is generally accepted when:

  • Payment has been authorised.
  • Required order checks have been completed.
  • The order enters fulfilment or is dispatched.
  • We otherwise confirm acceptance in writing.

We may contact you to request additional information before accepting or processing an order.

You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete:

  • Contact information.
  • Billing information.
  • Delivery information.
  • Account information.
  • Payment information.

You are responsible for correcting inaccurate information promptly.

Section 8 — Payments

Payments are processed through Shopify Payments or other third-party payment providers made available during checkout.

Available payment methods may vary by location.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

  • You are authorised to use the selected payment method.
  • The information provided is accurate.
  • Sufficient funds or credit are available.
  • You authorise the relevant amount to be charged.

We do not directly store complete payment-card information. Payment providers process payment information according to their own terms and privacy practices.

An order may be delayed or cancelled where payment is declined, reversed, disputed, flagged for review, or otherwise not successfully completed.

Section 9 — Discount Codes and Promotions

Discount codes, sales, gifts, and promotional offers may be subject to separate conditions displayed on the Site or in promotional materials.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Discount codes cannot be combined.
  • Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.
  • Offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Promotional periods may end at the stated time.
  • Product exclusions or minimum order values may apply.
  • Offers are subject to availability.
  • Each promotion may be limited to one use per customer or household.

We may reject or cancel the improper, fraudulent, or unauthorised use of a promotion.

Where a promotion is affected by a technical or publishing error, we will take reasonable steps to correct the issue and provide an appropriate remedy for affected orders.

Section 10 — Shipping and Delivery

Shipping, handling, delivery estimates, tracking, address changes, delayed packages, and related matters are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates and timeframes shown on the Site are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise.

Orders may be fulfilled by third-party facilities and delivery partners. Products from the same order may occasionally be shipped in separate packages.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded. Such circumstances may include:

  • Carrier disruptions.
  • Severe weather.
  • Public holidays.
  • Customs processing.
  • Natural disasters.
  • Industrial action.
  • Incorrect customer information.
  • Events affecting transport or fulfilment networks.

Nothing in this section limits your rights where products are not supplied within an agreed or reasonable period.

Section 11 — Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged products, incorrect products, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Any voluntary 30-day return period offered by Nuve House applies in addition to mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.

Products must not be returned without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Nothing in our Return and Refund Policy or these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies consumer guarantees or other legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Section 12 — Australian Consumer Law

Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded.

Depending on the circumstances, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation, or compensation where a product or service fails to satisfy an applicable consumer guarantee.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to:

  • Exclude a consumer guarantee.
  • Restrict a remedy that cannot legally be restricted.
  • Misrepresent a customer’s rights.
  • Require a customer to surrender a mandatory legal right.

Our voluntary policies, warranties, return periods, and guarantees operate in addition to rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Section 13 — Accounts and Account Security

You may be able to create a customer account through the Site.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account information.
  • Keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • Restricting access to your account and devices.
  • Notifying us of suspected unauthorised access.
  • Activities carried out through your account where caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe it has been compromised, used fraudulently, or operated in breach of these Terms.

You may contact us at info@nuvehouse.com for assistance with your account.

Section 14 — Optional and Third-Party Tools

We may provide access to tools, applications, payment options, review platforms, tracking services, or features operated by third parties.

Third-party tools may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. We do not control their independent services, systems, availability, or practices.

You should review the applicable third-party terms before using those services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, your use of optional third-party tools is at your discretion. This does not limit responsibility that Nuve House cannot legally exclude.

New features or services added to the Site will also be subject to these Terms unless stated otherwise.

Section 15 — Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.

These links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily constitute an endorsement.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, accuracy, products, policies, or practices of an independent third-party website.

Before completing a transaction with a third party, you should review its terms, policies, and contact information.

Complaints concerning products or services purchased directly from a third party should generally be directed to that third party.

Section 16 — Reviews, Feedback and User Submissions

You may submit reviews, photographs, comments, questions, suggestions, or other materials to us.

You retain ownership of original content you create. By submitting content to Nuve House, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, display, and distribute that content for purposes connected with our business and marketing.

This permission applies only to content you voluntarily submit to us and continues for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, unless withdrawal is required or available under applicable law.

You confirm that content submitted by you:

  • Is accurate and based on your genuine experience.
  • Does not infringe another party’s rights.
  • Is not unlawful, threatening, defamatory, deceptive, or abusive.
  • Does not contain malicious software.
  • Does not contain another person’s private information without permission.

We may moderate, decline, or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

We are not obligated to publish every submission.

Section 17 — Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site is owned by or licensed to Nuve House, including:

  • Brand names.
  • Logos.
  • Product photographs.
  • Graphics.
  • Page designs.
  • Written copy.
  • Videos.
  • Icons.
  • Software.
  • Product descriptions.
  • Website layout.

This content is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access the Site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

Section 18 — Personal Information

The collection, processing, disclosure, and protection of personal information submitted through the Site are governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed by service providers involved in:

  • Website hosting.
  • Payment processing.
  • Order fulfilment.
  • Shipping.
  • Customer support.
  • Analytics.
  • Marketing.
  • Fraud prevention.

Please review our Privacy Policy for further information.

Section 19 — Errors and Omissions

The Site may occasionally contain typographical mistakes, technical errors, outdated information, or omissions relating to:

  • Product descriptions.
  • Product availability.
  • Prices.
  • Discounts.
  • Promotions.
  • Shipping charges.
  • Delivery estimates.
  • Product specifications.

We may correct errors and update information at any time.

Where a material error affects an existing order, we will act reasonably and contact the customer where appropriate. We may offer correction, cancellation, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances.

We will not use this section to avoid obligations or remedies that apply under mandatory consumer law.

Section 20 — Prohibited Uses

You must not use the Site, its content, or the Services:

  • For an unlawful purpose.
  • To encourage another person to commit an unlawful act.
  • To violate applicable laws or regulations.
  • To infringe intellectual-property rights.
  • To harass, abuse, threaten, discriminate against, or harm another person.
  • To submit false or misleading information.
  • To collect or track another person’s personal information unlawfully.
  • To send spam, phishing messages, or malicious communications.
  • To upload viruses or harmful code.
  • To scrape, crawl, copy, or extract Site content through unauthorised automated means.
  • To interfere with security features.
  • To impersonate another person or organisation.
  • To place fraudulent or unauthorised orders.
  • To circumvent limits applying to products, discounts, or promotions.

We may suspend access, cancel affected orders, or take appropriate legal action in response to prohibited conduct.

Section 21 — Disclaimer and Availability of the Site

We aim to keep the Site accurate, secure, and available. However, we do not guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted, immediate, or error-free.

The Site may occasionally be unavailable due to:

  • Maintenance.
  • Technical problems.
  • Platform disruptions.
  • Security incidents.
  • Events outside our reasonable control.

We may update, suspend, replace, or discontinue a Site feature where reasonably necessary.

General décor, styling, or product information on the Site is provided for informational purposes and should not be treated as professional architectural, structural, electrical, installation, or safety advice.

Products must be used and installed in accordance with their instructions and intended purpose.

Section 22 — Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any liability, right, guarantee, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or modified.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nuve House will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable at the time the agreement was formed.

This may include losses arising from:

  • Misuse of a product.
  • Failure to follow product instructions.
  • Unauthorised changes to a product.
  • Use of the Site in breach of these Terms.
  • Third-party websites or services outside our control.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, our liability will be limited only to the extent considered fair and permitted by applicable law.

This section does not exclude liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot be excluded, or breach of mandatory consumer guarantees.

Section 23 — Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate Nuve House for reasonable loss, liability, or expense directly caused by:

  • Your unlawful use of the Site.
  • Your material breach of these Terms.
  • Your infringement of another party’s rights.
  • Content submitted by you that violates applicable law or these Terms.

This obligation will not apply to the extent that the loss was caused or contributed to by Nuve House, its employees, contractors, or service providers.

Nothing in this section requires a consumer to indemnify Nuve House unfairly or for matters outside the consumer’s reasonable control.

Section 24 — Suspension and Termination

These Terms remain effective while you use the Site or Services.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access where reasonably necessary because:

  • You materially breach these Terms.
  • Fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected.
  • Your conduct creates a security risk.
  • We are required to do so by law.
  • The Site or relevant service is discontinued.

Termination does not affect rights, payment obligations, liabilities, or remedies that arose before termination.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including provisions concerning intellectual property, liability, payment obligations, and dispute resolution.

Section 25 — Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, it will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where possible.

If that is not possible, the affected provision will be severed from these Terms.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Section 26 — No Waiver

A delay or failure by Nuve House to exercise a right or enforce a provision does not waive that right or provision.

A waiver is effective only when expressly confirmed by us in writing.

Section 27 — Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our:

  • Privacy Policy.
  • Shipping Policy.
  • Return and Refund Policy.
  • Any promotional conditions.
  • Any other policies expressly incorporated by reference.

form the agreement between you and Nuve House concerning your use of the Site and purchase of our products.

Where specific promotional or product conditions conflict with these general Terms, the more specific conditions will apply to the relevant offer, provided they comply with applicable law.

Section 28 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any contract formed through the Site are governed by the laws of Australia, including the Australian Consumer Law.

Where applicable, the laws of the Australian State or Territory in which the customer resides also apply.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, remedy, or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.

Any dispute may be brought before a court, tribunal, regulator, or dispute-resolution body with jurisdiction in Australia. Nothing in this section limits a customer’s right to bring a claim in their State or Territory of residence where that right is available under applicable law.

Before commencing formal proceedings, both parties are encouraged to contact the other party and make a reasonable attempt to resolve the dispute.

Section 29 — Changes to These Terms

You can review the current version of these Terms on this page.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:

  • Changes to our Services.
  • Changes to our business practices.
  • Legal or regulatory requirements.
  • Security or operational requirements.
  • Changes to third-party services.

The updated version will be published on the Site and the “Last Updated” date will be amended.

Changes will generally apply from the date they are published and will not retrospectively alter an accepted order unless required by law or agreed with the customer.

Your continued use of the Site after an update means the revised Terms will apply to your future use of the Services.
